I am leading a project to co-develop journey maps (visualization of patients' stories) to connect patient-reported frailty data with patients' healthcare experiences. The journey maps will be used as educational tools to assist clinicians in using patient-reported frailty assessments for improving person-centred care.

This Eldercare Foundation–funded project, co-led with Island Health, brings together patients, caregivers, and providers to identify evidence-based strategies that improve emergency care experiences for older adults.

I am leading a project to develop personas as methodological tools to inform the development of knowledge translation resources for health care providers on the use of electronic patient-reported outcomes in the care of older adults with cancer.

I am part of a research group that brings together an international and interdisciplinary team to address methodological issues in using PRO data.
